Okabe Rintaro is a genius; the kind of mind that comes along once, maybe twice in a generation. One day, all of Okknos will quake in awe of his vast intellect. At least, that’s what Okabe will tell you if you ask him. A self taught psion, Okabe has traveled to Salaman Island to uncover the secrets of time travel. Once he masters time itself, he will be able to thwart the evil designs on the Inaulian government, which is undoubtedly tracking his every move. Okabe is paranoid and arrogant to a fault, which is probably why he does not have the respect and position that most people with his talents have. Alternatively, lesser minds are jealous and afraid of his genius. Whatever the case may be, it will be a moot point once Okabe obtains his desire.
